Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the order date, and are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Before returning a product, you must call or e-mail for a Return Authorization Number. The return authorization number must be printed on the outside of the box.
Returns are for store credit only.
A copy of the original invoice must be included with a note describing the reason for the return. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. COD or freight collect returns will not be accepted. Return the item in its original packaging with all instructions, warranty cards, and any attachments. All parts must be complete, uninstalled, and undamaged. Disassembled, damaged, previously installed, and custom parts cannot be returned.
ITP Agri Solutions has no responsibility in the diagnosis or troubleshooting of a problem. The responsibility of ordering the correct part remains with the customer and his technician. All returns decisions will be made solely at the discretion of Itpagrisolutions.com.
Parts are guaranteed by Itpagrisolutions.com to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. Warranty does not cover defects caused by abuse, mishandling, accident, improper installation or application, the malfunction of another component or part of any device in which the products installed or with which the product interfaces, or extend to products which have been modified or repaired by anyone other than the manufacturer.
Itpagrisolutions.com’s liability due to a defective part is limited only to the shipment of a replacement part. We will not be responsible for labor costs, downtime, freight costs, or any other associated costs, for any reason.
Exchanges for parts that become faulty prior to the end of the guarantee period must be shipped to Itpagrisolutions.com at the customer’s expense. If we find the part to be defective, we will issue a store credit to the customer for the cost of shipping. The replacement will be shipped at Itpagrisolutions.com’s expense.
This Warranty Does Not Cover Replacement of Wear or Maintenance Items (unless defective) Including, But NOT Limited To:
clutch and brake linings
filters (air, fuel, oil)
light bulbs
belts
cutting blades
bucket teeth
injector nozzles
Switches,Harness assemblies and all electrical items
spark plugs
lubricants & coolants (unless used during an authorized repair)
All warranty coverage and interpretation of policy will be made solely at the discretion of Itpagrisolutions.com.
